Welcome to the Phoenix Alumnae Club of Pi Beta Phi

The experience doesn’t end with college graduation. Go back in time (whether it’s four years or 40) and remember why you made your pledge to Pi Beta Phi. The times may have changed, but what’s really important has not:

“The mission of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for women is to promote friendship, develop integrity, cultivate leadership potential and enrich the lives of the members and their communities.”

Won’t you help us on this mission? It’s simple to join and get involved. And there are so many different ways to participate…whether it’s on a committee, on the board, or simply as an attendee at one of our many events.

Your membership in the Phoenix Alumnae Club supports the club’s ability to create the framework for meeting other Pi Phis and developing friendships unique to the bonds of the wine and blue. We have friendships in our club that have stood the test of time and have created an atmosphere of community and sisterhood that transcends the challenges of living in such a large city.

The Phoenix Alumnae Club of Pi Beta Phi extends the hand of friendship to you! Membership is open to initiated members of Pi Beta Phi who have graduated and are living in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Dues for the year are $50 ($25 local and $25 national). We would like you to be a part of our present and future organization by joining or renewing your membership. Just complete the membership form and return it with your dues payment or pay your dues online.

Benefits of Membership

Friendships and Networking. Friendships are for a lifetime, and that may never be more true than in the companionship of a fraternity. Your membership supports the ability for us to conduct events where members can meet each other and develop those close bonds of understanding...and where members can rub elbows with other talented, professional women.

Mentoring Opportunities. Mentoring is a two-way partnership that allows both the mentor and the mentored opportunity to learn and teach. There are many women in the Arizona Beta collegiate chapter at Arizona State University and in the Phoenix Alumnae Club who are available to be mentored and willing to be mentors in everything from life skills to career planning.

Leadership Development. Pi Beta Phi embraces the principles of servant leadership, a philosophy that encourages teamwork, a sense of community, the growth of each individual, and the awareness of the role the individual plays in the success of the program. There are many ways to get involved that provide the opportunity to hone your leadership skills in a very supportive environment.

Community Service. Community service and philanthropy both have a long, full history in Pi Beta Phi. We promote the mindset that it is our obligation to support our communities and enrich the lives of others. Whether it’s giving of time, money or self, our local club offers many opportunities to reveal yourself as a true angel.

Social and Educational Events. Join us at any of our regularly scheduled events, generally at least three per "semester." Past events have included pumpkin decorating, wine tasting, a skin care lecture, Cinco de Mayo Fiesta and more.

Quarterly Newsletter and Annual Yearbook Directory. Keep in touch with what's going on with our quarterly newsletter and directory. Our directory includes the contact information of more than 200 area Pi Phis. Our quarterly newsletter keeps you informed about major initiatives at Headquarters, as well as local social, educational and volunteer opportunities.

Access to the Babysitting/House sitting List. The Arizona Beta collegians are always looking for a way to offset the costs of going to school while helping out a Pi Phi sister. By being a member, you'll receive access to the list of young members who are available to babysit, house sit and pet sit.

The Continuation of a Lifelong Relationship. The fun doesn't end with college graduation. Go back in time and remember why you made your pledge to Pi Beta Phi. The times may have changed, but what's really important hasn't. “Pi Beta PhiFriends and Leaders for Life.”
