Co-VP Membership, Wendy Owen
membership@phoenixpibetaphi.org
Wendy attended Arizona State University and was an alumna initiate into the AZ Gamma chapter in 2021. As a new club member Wendy got involved right away, serving as co-chair on two special interest groups, Pi Phi + 1 and Wine and Silver Spoons. She is native to Arizona and has been a flight attendant for 33 years with American Airlines. Prior to becoming a Pi Phi, she had volunteered alongside Kate to support the literacy initiatives of the Phoenix Alumnae Club of Pi Beta Phi, including Kids Need to Read and UMOM. Her children currently attend ASU where her daughter Ali is a member of the AZ Beta Chapter. She has enjoyed sharing the traditions and history of Pi Phi with her. Through Ali she has had the opportunity to meet the amazing girls that are a part of the AZ Beta chapter who will soon become alumnae. While meeting these women she has been able to see the sincere friendship they have to offer, and is looking forward to being able to serve as VP Membership to encourage them to continue the lifelong commitment that they made to Pi Beta Phi.
